Tabac Restaurant is a fusion of Italian and Turkish cuisine. The restaurant is located in San Diego, California. The indoor space is approximately 1300 sqf, and there is a spacious terrace area at the back of the building. One of the main inspirations for the project is the employer's aim to provide the restaurant's customers with a natural environment. The desire to create a cool space in the open area led us to design shaded areas supported by canopies. The planters in the project offer semi-private/private areas for restaurant users. The landscaped elements and various lighting scenarios on the terrace, along with natural materials, aim to create a natural environment.
